How we Train: The training is conducted by eminent hospitality professionals including University approved Lecturers, Celebrity Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and established Hotel Educators. The Faculty are exemplary in their skills, knowledge and attitude as they have been carefully been chosen for their professionalism and experience. Each student is individually treated and cared for. The training consists proactive & extensive practicals sessions simulating the contemporary operational procedures of major star hotels through an additional network of hospitality academicians & industry professionals.

The classroom sessions involve optimum usage of the latest LCD & DLP digital projection systems, DVD players and Dolby Digital Audio systems for students to watch international hospitality and culinary videos. The infrastructure of the institute facilities a smooth & compulsive training Most of the training sessions are more interactive in nature than what conventional teaching methods adopt. Students or students are put through rigorous test and examination schedules to discover and induce relevant professional and contemporary knowledge as also social skills. Boarding & Accommodation is provided for students within the campus for outstation students.
